Building a Diet for YOU and YOUR Goals
Through years of research, working with clients, and making some of the same mistakes as them, I’ve learned that there are certain problems and frustrations that come along with anyone who has created a busy and successful life.
↑ Money = ↓ time = ↓ health
↑ Time = ↓ Money
↑ Health = ↓ time
But here is what we found – there are certain ways to overcome these challenges in order to take your health and quality of life to the next level.
THE PROBLEM
We identified TWO main problems when it comes to people getting healthy (e.g. losing weight, gaining muscle, feeling better, being happier) AND staying that way.
Problem One: Not enough time
Who can relate to some of these statements?

“I really want to lose weight and get in shape, but I just don’t have enough time”

“I know I should eat better, but now I’ve got kids, I don’t have time to prepare & cook food properly”

“I don’t have the time to go to the gym after I finish so late from work”
… and so on. You get the point, right?
Not having enough time in the day is by far the number one reason why people don’t commit to getting in their best physical and mental shape.
Problem TWO: Restrictive Diets
(The “Yo-Yo” effect)
Yo-yo dieting is a cycle of short-term changes in eating and activity. For those reasons, it leads to only short-term benefits. After losing the weight for ‘that summer holiday’ or for ‘the wedding’ , people naturally go back to old habits QUICKLY. This leads to weight gain, and many dieters end up back where they started or worse. No matter which diet you try, the data is in. And the message is clear: Diets don’t work. (here is WHY)
At least not in the long run. Sure, you can lose weight, but after a year, at least 1 in 3 of us gain it back. After 5 years? Almost no one keeps it off.
So, let’s get real here:

This then begs the question: WHY? If people know what to do, WHY is it that so many people are not happy with how they look & how they feel?
