STEP 2 – SMART Fitness & Movement Plans
When it comes to real health, feeling amazing, and looking good – physical activity is KEY! THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT! BUT – fitness doesn’t need to be complicated! Our 1-1 Coaching helps you cut through the fluff and stay on top of the latest research with our tested HealthSmart Method. This means that our Coaches will not ask you to run for longer or spend more hours in the gym. STEP 3 – Sleep Optimisation

STEP 4 – Stress Management
We know you might be thinking… “What’s stress got to do with my health and my weight”
Well…ever heard of the phrase: ‘The Fight or Flight Response?’ Of course, you have – your body experiences these two responses every hour of every day and they are directly (and indirectly) linked to stress and how well your mind and body perform. Levels of “the stress hormone,” cortisol, rise during tension-filled times. This can turn your overeating into a habit. Because increased levels of the hormone also help cause higher insulin levels, your blood sugar drops and you crave sugary, fatty foods…

Who is our Coaching for?
Our programmes are for people who have 100 pounds to lose, or those who have 5 pounds to go. It even helps people how don't need to lose weight, but want to feel more energy, be more productive whilst optimising their health without having to spend hours and hours doing so.
It's for people who have busy lifestyles (like me) and want to get their health back so they free up more quality more time to enjoy with their loved ones, and doing things that made them happy.
Where do I start from if I don’t have any knowledge or experience in health and fitness?
Some of you may not even know where to start from? That’s absolutely fine - we feel your pain. It took us years to trial and error and refine some of the methods and processes to finally figure out what works and what doesn’t. The coaching we provide you with is therefore designed to be simple, practical, but more importantly give you results!
We suggest you start from booking your complimentary call and having a chat with one of our Coaches.That way we can see what are your main struggles and challenges and from there, we should be able to work out what needs to happen for you to become successful with your health.
Do I need to know much about nutrition such as how to count calories or prepare meal plans?
Let us put your fears at rest - you honestly don't need to be a nutritionist to start with our program. It's all done for you, all you have to do is follow each step that we provide for you each day.
We even show you the exact shopping lists with the needed ingredients and provide a step-by-step manual with the cooking instructions. Oh...and did we mention that the meals are healthy AND delicious...and they are designed around YOUR lifestyle - that way you don’t have to stress over what to cook, when to cook it, or worry about not having the time. You don’t have to count calories any more or worry what’s the right diet for you ever again!
Do I need to have experience in fitness or have a gym membership?
We do things differently!
Even if you are someone who's never exercised, or just don't like the gym, it doesn't matter.
The HealthSmart™ training plans are designed based on your requirements, your needs, and your level of fitness. And guess what...it just depends how much you challenge yourself - if you are a complete novice, just take it easier to start with - the best physical activity is the one that you can enjoy and sustain for a lifetime, not just for a few weeks.
On the other hand, if you are someone who’s advanced and experienced with working out and being physically active - use our workouts to challenge yourself as much as you fancy. The fitness part of your program can be designed to work in the gym, in your home environment, indoors, outdoors, with or without equipment - you tell us what you like, and we make it work for you.
What if I have a busy lifestyle and don’t have the time?
Lack of time is by far the number one excuse we hear from people and therefore take this point very seriously.
Thinking we don’t have enough time in a day is what stops people from starting a healthier lifestyle. And can you blame them - we all have things to do, places to be, jobs to work on…
Believe us - we also fell in that trap when setting up the health business. And that’s exactly why the whole HealthSmart Coaching Method is designed for people like us and you...firstly, let’s remind you why we are so unique - we work very hard to make these programs work for YOU, which means - we teach you about time management, we can make the recipes quick and simple, but delicious at the same time. The workouts don't need to take more than 20 mins (some even 7 mins a day), so the time factor really shouldn't be of any concern for anyone who wants to get back in top physical and mental shape...if anything we'd place a bet that you will free up more time once you start to experience more energy, focus, confidence and motivation than ever before!
How much is the Coaching?
We offer different levels of coaching and support, depending on what you need. Each program will also depend on the goals you’re looking to achieve. This is why we always request to have a complimentary chat with you to find out more about your lifestyle, your health challenges and your goals. We will then work out the best plan of action and level of support for you. This is an extremely personal, in-depth online coaching program where everything is tailored to you and your needs. That way, you will not just get short-term results but sustainable healthy lifestyle habits for the rest of your life. This should be a one time investment for you. At the end of your program you will be equipped with all the knowledge and experience and know everything there is to know about getting and staying in top shape.
From our experience, we found that everyone is different and has different challenges, motives, needs and wants in life...but here is the one thing that we know for sure.
It’s proven over and over again, that eventually, it becomes more expensive being unhealthy, than being proactive and taking control of your health and wellbeing - there is no question about that.
